Puph does not charge any admission fees whatsoever.

We do not host our own events, we attend venues as vendors. If you were charged in incorrect amount for admission to one of these events please reach out to the venue in question and they will direct you to admissions. If you need help finding who to contact, reach out to us via our contact page.

If you received an Affiliate Code or Partner Discount, you can scan your provided QR code and copy the code.

You can also link this code to your account. If you haven't signed up yet, you can use the "Affiliate Code" field and paste your discount to link to your profile. If you've already created an account, navigate to "My Profile" and you can link the code to your account.

We follow different procedures depending on the type of products in your order. For example, Product A may not require a signature resulting in cheaper shipping fee's. On the other hand, Product B does require a signature so your order will accrue a signature fee ($8.15) built into your shipping price. When you combine Product A and B into one order, you will be charged the additional fee.

One signature fee is charged per shipment. If you order a large quantity and it requires more than one package to be sent to you, we will charge you only once and cover the rest.

Depending on the type of product you ordered we may use different shipping carriers, so shipping times may vary. This can also vary depending on your location, All of our products are sent from our warehouse in Pennsylvania.

In most cases you can expect your product to arrive in 3-5 days.

Order processing typically takes 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). The day you place your order counts as the first day. If you place your order before 4 PM, it will usually process and ship the same day.
